We’ll make our way from Halifax to one of the best natural harbors on the upper Bay of Fundy. Go for a walk on the gravel beach bordered by cliffs or be adventurous and walk the sea floor in the harbor dock side and see the harbors fishing fleet that was floating at mooring only six hours ago now on the sea floor.

See the effect of the world's highest tides in the Bay of Fundy. Explore the beautiful Annapolis Valley where orchards, vineyards and farms yield most of Nova Scotia's agricultural products. First inhabited by the Mi’kmaq people and a French colony in the 1600s, dramatic events immortalized by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem "Evangeline" are depicted at Grand Pré National Historic Site. The surrounding countryside is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage cultural landscape. Nearby wineries offer lunch and wine-tasting options.

Here's a list of possible activities:

  • Visit UNESCO World Heritage site at Grand Pré
  • Wine tastings
  • Farm Markets
  • Art galleries
  • Delicious fresh seafood and local produce (in season)
  • Many beautiful locations for photos

On this tour, we will observe the effect of the world-famous Bay of Fundy tides at Hall's Harbor. Through the day, we will tour the Annapolis Valley, with optional stops at Wolfville, Grand Pré National Historic Site, wineries and a scenic lookoff if you'd like to take photographs.
